The Church of San Biagio of Tivoli was completed by Pope Boniface IX in late 1300.

It is located in the central Piazza del Plebiscito, the symbol of the annexation of the city of Tivoli to the Kingdom of Italy.

The façade of the church is divided into two parts: at the bottom there is the central portal with three steps, while the upper part is decorated with a central rosette located between a clock and a Roman sundial. The interior has a nave with an altar, side chapels and large windows in the chancel. Among the works in the chapels there is the eighteenth-century canvas of "St. Catherine of Alexandria", the framework of the "Most Holy Name of Jesus", and the baptismal font. Also notable frescoes depicting the "Glory of St. Thomas Aquinas" and "Madonna in Gloria" that holds the Christ Child, located near the sacristy. In the tympanum there is the marble bust of the "Madonna and Child", and in the presbytery the beautiful fresco of the Crucifixion from the latter half of the 13th century. Special mention should be made of the remains of the ancient monastery: only four round arches resting upon painted pillars.
